I work one-on-one with clients to learn strength fundamentals in the gym. My approach to training weaves together my background in powerlifting, kettlebell conditioning, yoga, Pilates, and dance.
I am a certified kettlebell coach (KBCU Level II), yoga instructor (RYT-200), and Pilates instructor (IM=X reformer and mat).
